I saw a video and she was so happy about Qi Essential oils that I had to try it for myself, I came here and saw that she sales WHIPPED BODY BUTTER and I had to have it. I have never ordered from this shop before but after my first purchase, I'll continue to shop here. Not only is the product amazing but the customer service is exceptional! I had a misunderstanding at home with mail due to the craziness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which resulted in me believing the order was lost in shipping. I contacted the seller and she responded right away with helpful information. After the misunderstanding was clear I apologized for the inconvenience the ordeal may have cost. She was extremely understanding and overall pleasant. I know others would have not reacted the same. I bought this as a stocking stuffer for one of my cousins she opened it early by mistake (here is where the shipping misunderstanding comes in) and she absolutely loves it. Leaves the skin soft, it smells amazing, and the aroma carries on for a while. Unlike other brands that the aroma dies quickly a couple of minutes after application, and the application is as if using regular lotion. This is amazing for shea butter, usually, they're clumps which makes the application more tedious, but not this, one this one glides on the skin effortless. I'm overall 100% satisfied with my order.

I've used a lot of different shea butters, but these are the best. There is no chunkiness in this formula. A lot of the time when I have used shea butter I find pieces that I really have to work into my skin, this shea butter is effortless. I get quick and easy moisture and smell good all day. I even use it as a base under my make up sometimes and it leaves me glowing!

Wet Wet is a surprisingly sweet, yet unisex scent. It doesn’t take much to moisturize your hands. The scent stays behind for a long time. I definitely plan to buy a bigger size next time.
