Your satisfaction is our top priority.
However, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrived damaged in transit or you received the wrong item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:
• the item is defective,
• damaged, or
• incorrect (wrong item received).

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange (Damaged/Incorrect Items Only)

To help us process your claim quickly, please email:
• Order number
• Photos clearly showing the damage/defect or the incorrect item
• Packaging photos (including the shipping box if damaged)
• A brief description of the issue

Once we receive and review your information, we’ll let you know if an exchange is approved. If approved, please allow 3–5 business days for your replacement to ship.

Important Notes
• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage in transit or receiving the wrong item.
• We may request that damaged or incorrect items be returned or safely disposed of; we’ll provide instructions if needed.
• Exchanges are shipped to the original shipping address unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
